Christmas Bazaar 2007

A message from the Bazaar Committee
Dear Parents,

Thank you all for coming and supporting our school's Bazaar on Saturday, 17th November.

The day was a great success and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We are still waiting for monies to come in but, at the moment, the amount is as shown above, so, well done everyone.

A big thank yo to Sr. Josephine and all the staff at OLI for all their help and support.

Also, a big thanks goes to the Bazaar Committee without whom the Bazaar would not have been the success it was.

A lot of behind the scenes preparation went on from as early as September. This year we had less helpers for the stalls so please bear this in mind for the 2008 Bazaar and if possible please put your name forward to help.

Thank you for all your donations on the mufti days and for all your help in setting up, helping on the stalls and tidying up after the Bazaar, it really was appreciated.

Once we get a final figure of monies raised I will post it on the OLI web site and outside school.

A presentation of the amount raised will be made to Sr Josephine at the KS1 and KS2 Christmas productions.

Finally, I am definitely standing down as Bazaar Coordinator.

We need someone to take on the role for next year's bazaar, so, if you are interested, please contact me. I had a great team of helpers and it was great fun working together for the good of our school and ultimately, our children.

Thanks again.

Claire Nolan
